1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Vannob GH business management platform. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity carried out under your account, including accounts you create for your staff. You must provide accurate business information when registering.

3. Subscription and payment

Access to the platform is sold as a subscription. The current plan is GH₵50 for 2 months of full access. Payment can be made by mobile money or card. Your subscription activates once payment is confirmed and expires at the end of the paid period unless renewed.

4. Your data

The sales, stock, customer and financial records you enter belong to your business. We store them securely and separate every business account so that no other customer of the platform can see your records.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, attempt to access other businesses' data, resell access to the platform, or interfere with its operation or security.

6. Availability

We work to keep the platform available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, network problems or issues at third-party providers may cause temporary interruptions.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or disable an account that breaches these terms, or where a subscription remains unpaid. Your records are not deleted when a subscription simply expires.

8. Limitation of liability

The platform is a record-keeping tool. You remain responsible for your own business decisions, tax obligations and the accuracy of the information you enter.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
